Terms & conditions

We’re excited to collaborate with you! These Terms & Conditions help ensure our work together runs smoothly. By starting a project with Shortcut Studios, you agree to the following:

1. What We Do

We create engaging monthly short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each package may include:

• Scriptwriting

• Filming (number of shoot days based on your package)

• Editing

• Branding

• Delivery

All content is based on a shared strategy tailored to your needs.

2. Subscription & Commitment

We ask for a minimum commitment of three (3) months to kick off our collaboration.

• After this, your agreement continues month-to-month unless canceled with one (1) full calendar month’s written notice.

• If you decide to cancel within the first 3 months, the remaining balance for that period will still be due.

• Our standard term is twelve (12) months, after which we can review and renew the partnership together.

3. Shoot Days

Each content cycle includes the number of shoot days agreed upon in your package. This might vary slightly depending on planning or content needs.

• We plan shoot days together in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• If a shoot is canceled by you with less than 72 hours’ notice, we may not be able to reschedule or refund that day.

• When it fits the plan, we’ll combine multiple deliverables into one shoot for efficiency.

4. What We Need From You

To create awesome content, we need your input! You agree to:

• Share all necessary materials (like logos, branding, approvals) by the 5th of each month.

• Be available for planning and reviewing shoots.

• Appoint one main point of contact to help things move quickly.

• Understand that delays in your input may lead to delays in delivery.

5. Content & Revisions

• You’ll get the deliverables described in your chosen package.

• Each video includes one round of revisions unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

• Delivery timelines will be agreed upon and clearly outlined in your Service Agreement.

6. Payments

• Payments must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of each content cycle to ensure proper scheduling and resource planning.

• For new clients, the initial payment covers the first content cycle and must be received at least 30 days before delivery.

• We begin planning, production, and scheduling only after payment is received.

• All payments are non-refundable, unless a clear service failure on our end has occurred

7. Canceling the Agreement

• After the initial 3-month period, you’re free to cancel with one (1) full calendar month’s written notice.

• If you cancel during the initial 3 months, the remaining fees regarding the initial 3-month period are still due.

8. Ownership & Showcasing Work

• Once payment is complete, the content is all yours!

• We’d love to showcase some of the work in our portfolio unless you prefer we don’t – just let us know.

9. Confidentiality

Anything private or sensitive you share with us will stay between us. We respect confidentiality fully.

10. Responsibility

Shortcut Studios can’t be held responsible for:

• Indirect or unforeseen damages

• Delays caused by third parties or unexpected events (like force majeure)

• Delays from missing input on your side

11. Updates to These Terms

We might update these Terms now and then. You’ll be notified ahead of time if anything important changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms follow Dutch law. Any legal issues will be resolved in a Dutch court.
